For this activity I had to decide which is the best New Zealand sport. I had to choose out of rugby union, rugby league, netball soccer and cricket. I think that rugby is the best sport because it is the most known New Zealand sport. I also think that it is New Zealand's most successful sport.

ReplyDeleteI enjoyed reading your rationale for your choice of rugby. It certainly is an incredibly popular sport in New Zealand, isn't it? It is played by both boys and girls/men and women across the country. It is also played in a number of different formats and in competitions that range from the Super 15 to the TriNations series to the Olympics, etc.
Do you watch much rugby on television and/or play it yourself, AJ? If so, which position do you play?
