Today at food tech we started to make the mince filling of the pie. The ingredients we used were mince, onions, cornflour, hot water, oil, soy sauce and nutmeg. We diced up the onions and mixed hot water with the cornflour. We also mixed the soy sauce and the nutmeg together. We are going to take the pies home after we finish making the second half of the pie.
