Food Tech

Today at Tamaki College, the year eights had their cooking lesson. I worked with Sylis again. Last week we made mini quiches so today we made bigger ones. The ingredients we needed were onions, cream, cheese, bacon, flour, egg and butter. We diced the bacon and butter. We mixed the egg and cream together and the flour and butter together. Once we finished that we got our trays and put all our ingredients in. We waited for around 15 to 20 minutes. When it came out it smelled delicious.
