For this activity I had to write a small poem about how I would be feeling if I was standing in the airport in a foreign country and you had to figure out how to communicate with people in a brand new language.
Unsure what do,
in this country that I am new to.
Don't know what people are saying,
I need help I am begging and praying.
Trying my best to understand,
but this is really getting out of hand.
Namaste AJ nice poem on how you would be feeling if you were staning in the airport in a foreign country and you had to figure out how to communicate with people in a brand new lamguage. Nice short poem you have wrote there. I like the words you have put in your poem. Keep up the great work!
ReplyDeleteHi AJ
ReplyDeleteNice poem. I couldn't have created that! When I wrote my poem, I couldn't think of something to write. Keep up the great work AJ!

Hi AJ, I really liked your poem. My favorite part was the middle and last one. You seem either frustrated or confused probably confused since the top says you are frustrated but the bottom makes you seem a bit frustrated.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the great work AJ.
Hi AJ, Ofa, Daniel and Harry,
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading both your poem, AJ, and the comments that were left by Ofa,Daniel and Harry. The poem was well written and it clearly communicated a range of feelings that you might experience when traveling overseas, AJ. I can very much relate to the poem as I have felt many of these same feelings on my own travels!
The comments were also very thoughtful and considered. I appreciate the effort that you guys went to acknowledge AJ's work and to reflect on what he had written.
Nicely done all 'round!
Cheers,
Rachel :)
