Tahuna Torea Trip DLO

I have made a DLO with my partner Daniel about our trip. Yesterday the senior school from Panmure Bridge School went to Tahuna Torea in the afternoon. The senior school had a rotation. LS2 first had lunch and when we finished went to the Tahuna Torea reserve beach. We then had our time at the playground. We had about 30 minutes at the playground. Our last rotation was the bush walk. We saw many thing during the walk like birds and guano (pigeon poo). Here is a link to our DLO.  Tahuna Torea DLO Link

For inquiry the year sevens have been working on the Bar Tailed Godwit. We learnt that it migrates from Alaska to New Zealand. We also talked about the Bar Tailed Godwits habitat Tahuna Torea. Tahuna Torea is a nature reserve. Dogs are banned from that area because it is a threat to the Bar Tailed Godwit.
