For the past couple of weeks on Monday and Tuesday the seniors have been doing Cross Country practice for the real Cross Country which is next week on Wednesday. Before we run we do some stretches. Then Mr Ogilvie called us by year groups to start running. I ran 5 laps around the school. I think that I am getting faster and more fitter.
I think everyone is getting faster and fitter AJ because they have been thinking carefully about running at a pace that lets them run for longer distances. Well done.
